취소는 투어를 시작하기 3일 전. 연기 또는 날짜 변경은 대한 24시간에 통지 해주셔야 됩니다. 과도한 자극에 적합하지 않은 다음의 질환이나 상태를 가진 여행자는 운영자에게 자신의 상태를 공지하여 본 활동에 참여하도록 합니다. 임신, 심장질환, 천식 서비스는 웹사이트/서면 커뮤니케이션에서 명시된 제안에 따라 수행되고 이행되어야 합니다 일정/서면 통신에 명시되지 않은 모든 사항은 포함되지 않은 것으로 간주되며 게스트/대리인/제3자가 부담해야 합니다. 운전기사는 명시된 픽업 시간으로부터 10분만 고객을 기다립니다. 활동시간 1시간 전까지 기상악화 시 80% 환불 또는 무료 일정 변경이 제공되며, 활동시간 중에는 환불 또는 일정 변경이 제공되지 않습니다. 래프팅을 하기에 날씨가 좋지 않은 경우에만 투어를 연기할 수 있으며, 위험 평가 및 결정은 투어 가이드/운전자/대표자 중 누구나 할 수 있습니다. 새로운 투어 날짜는 가이드와 게스트 간의 합의에 따라 결정됩니다. 게스트가 이에 참석할 수 없는 경우 신규일자, 환불 불가 (취소 수수료 100% 적용) 80% refund or FREE reschedule will be given if bad weather 1 hour before the activity time. No refund or reschedule will be given during the activity time. The tour is entitled to postponement only if the weather is not conducive for rafting, and the risk assessment and decision is made by the tour guide/driver/any of our representative. A new tour date will be decided upon agreement between the guide and guest. If the guest is unable to attend on this new date, no refund will be given (100% cancellation fee apply)
